FLIP FLAP

Behind the children’s dance production FlipFlap is a dream team consisting of composer Marilyn Mazur; director Hanne Trolle; choreographer and dancers Anja Holmstrup Jørgensen, Tali Razga, and Renate Iversen; and set and costume designer Rachel Lawson.

Flip Flap’s two dancers explore what rhythm and clothing can do to the body, tossing and turning their ways through a variety of situations and combinations. Just like in flip-flap books, they flip through different characters’ heads, stomachs, and legs, resulting in the most fantastical combinations.

A flamingo head, crocodile stomach, and boogie-legs in rubber boots – they look crazy together!

A poetic, funny, and evocative show for the youngest.
